A great book that I’ve read which highlights how to create leaders within your organization is “Turn That Ship Around” by Captain D.L. Marquet. He explains how through trial and error, he turned around his team on a tactical nuclear submarine. When each team member becomes the leader of his responsibilities and tasks, it creates a world-class working environment.
